Here are some ways you can turn that frown upside down!(For some of these, you don’t even have to get out of bed!)

1. Sing Along Disney Songs (Or Honey Singh if that’s what you’re into!)

Whether its “I can show you the World” from Aladdin or “Desi Kalakar” by Honey Singh, music is guaranteed to make you feel happier! (Unless you’re playing Arijit Singh’s Sad Songs) So plug your phone to the speakers and start listening to some good ol’ happy music!

2. Take a Nice Warm Bubble Bath

Not only will taking a bubble bath calm you the F down, it will also help get rid of those germs 😌 No, seriously though, light up some scented candles, use bath bombs and salts and in you go. Bonus if you listen to Dora the Explorer singing Rub-a-Dub-Dub (Make sure your rubber ducky is With you!!)

3. Ditch The Jeans- PJs are your Best Friend

Don’t you just love being in your pyjamas, specially when you’re feeling crappy. Wouldn’t you rather feel crappy in comfortable clothes? A nice pair of Pyjamas is exactly what you need

5. Dance 💃

Dance like no one is watching! Shake that booty to Beyoncé’s Bootylicious or Madhuri’s Choli Le Peechay, just lose it, go crazy! You can thank us later!

6. Eat!

A nice juicy burger never made anyone sad! Go ahead , customize it with extra cheese and jalapeños 😍 don’t forget a bottle of chilled Cola! Or maybe a nice hot plate of briyani- Oh my gaaaa!!
