Jennifer Lopez’s diet secrets

In her recent interview with Us Weekly, Jennifer Lopez said that her diet consists exclusively of organic products. This basically means vegetables (lots of them) are the major part of her diet, supported by lean protein in the form of chicken, turkey and salmon.

Her typical salad would consist of broccoli, peppers, and zucchini drizzled with vinaigrette. While her dinner normally has chicken, especially Puerto Rican style served with quinoa and baked sweet potatoes.

Her other favourite salad mix has crispy kale topped with crumbled queso and toasted pumpkin seeds.
