The Date. Two words that usually result in as much happiness as fear. Fear of what I hear you ask?! What’s the first thing we all think? What will I wear?! How will it look?! I’ve nothing to wear!!!!! Well fear no more guys. (Sorry girls!) I’ve 3 outfits lined up which should cover most bases with regards dates. Dinner date and drinks, a day date, a first date etc you get the gist of where I’m going with this. Now we have established the plan we shall begin with the wise words of Harvey Specter!
First impressions last. Unfortunately that is just the way it is these days. So looking sharp should be high on the list of your pre-date priorities. The aforementioned 8 ball might make an appearance if you don’t! However help is at hand.
DINNER DATE AND DRINKS
To make an instant impact on your date then no look no further than the blazer! The essential piece in any man’s wardrobe. Guys, you simply need a few of these! They transform any outfit from good to spectacular!
Dress like Frank
My outfit consists of: A Zara Man blazer, Burton short sleeve shirt, Bershka skinny jeans, River Island watch and River Island brogues
A change of tact is required when dealing with a day date. Nothing speaks laid back cool like a leather jacket! Invest in a good black one. It will go with everything. The objective here is to be stylish and comfortable! It helps having bang on trend pieces like ripped skinny jeans and Adidas Superstar’s as part of the outfit! This outfit is effortlessly cool (A lot of effort was put into it however I’m pleased to say no fashionable frank’s were hurt during this process!)
A FIRST DATE………..(ensure there’s more to come!!)
The first date! My advice is keep it simple. You don’t want to appear too eager by going all guns blazing! A few simple staples of any man’s wardrobe should suffice. A jacket, white shirt, blue jeans and desert boots. The ultimate smart casual look!
Dress Like Frank:
The eagle eyed reader’s will recognise this jacket from my previous post regarding sale products. Proof being a savvy sale shopper helps! My outfit consists of: A Burton Harrington Jacket, Burton shirt, Zara skinny jeans and Burton desert boots.
First impressions last remember?! Ensure your accessorises are on point. Keep them simple but provide the odd bit of quirkiness. Pink socks?! A potential conversation starter/ice breaker…….your bound to get stick for them! They look good though! The fragrances in the pictures are Dolce & Gabbana The One its a delicious fragrance. A traditional masculine scent. The other fragrance is Gucci by Gucci and its absolutely amazing!
That’s all for now folks! Hope you enjoyed this post and it provided some fashion inspiration for you!
