2016 brought back a lot of 90’s. The denim on denim, high-waisted jeans, leather jackets, overalls to name a few. 2016 is all set to end with essentially the same fashion sense.

A lot was unfolded at New York Fall Fashion Week and here’s our take on 2016 Top Fall Fashion,

Shearling Bombers – one /Sleek Wool Coats – Zero

Shearling Bomber Jacket
Pack your expensive all wool or wool blend long coats and say hello to classic aviator-style shearling jackets for Fall 2016. New York Fashion Week showcased various fall trends from outrageously big and oversized jackets to Graphic Fur, plaid and patch work, camel leather and more. Invest in an elongated sleeves – shin grazing length outerwear that looks like was borrowed from the boys.

Suede Boots – one/ Uggs – zero

Suede Boots
Let’s face it! Uggs craze was fun while it last but it’s just plain and simple, boring! This fall is all about wide toe – wide heel Suede boots. Suede is not just in for boots but suede skirts, jackets and pants are all a fashion-must-have this fall. Don’t know how to wear suede? You can get inspiration for the hot trend worn everywhere from fashion runways to celebrities to top fashion bloggers.

Contouring – out/ Soft Natural Look – In

soft and natural look
Tired of watching endless how-to-contour makeup videos everywhere on social media? You have said enough! Thankfully contoured look is not what the fall trend is all about. It’s about soft natural haze, tinted lips and winter kiss on the cheeks. The no makeup, makeup trend is still going strong, and well-groomed eyebrows are the best way to look polished when your makeup is at a minimum. For a softer, more natural brow, use eyebrow powder and a spoolie brush.

The Velvet Revival:

Velvet is undergoing a renaissance. If you must choose one fall trend this season, choose velvet. You can wear it as pants, leggings, a velvet dress or the best way, as a blazer! So Girls, think no more. Whether it’s a new season investment or your mother’s vintage blazer. It’s time to revisit the velour.
