Kendall Jenner’s fitness trick for keeping those abs in shape
We’d be lying if we said we didn’t think Kendall Jenner’s impossible waist wasn’t a generous gift from her genetic fairy godmother.
But no, Jenner will have you know that she works her body until it hurts to even laugh the next day.
“My abs are my favourite thing to work out. I love it when my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, kills my abs. The next day, it hurts to even laugh. That’s how I know I’m doing the exercises right,” she shared on her eponymous app.
As for those days when you’d rather watch The Hunger Games than actually put yourself through it at the gym? The model has a few cheats up her sleeve: “Sometimes when I’m watching TV, I think to myself, ‘I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now.’ Then I get off the couch and do it.”
Use the commercial breaks to pack in some easy exercises, and then head right back to your movie marathon on the couch.
