IIFA has been the most awaited award functions of Bollywood for entertainment seekers around the globe. Not only have audiences loved the IIFA for appreciating and rewarding talent but for being a night that showcases greatness of the Bollywood entertainment industry.
For people like us, who watch it only to witness the beauties and hunks of Bollywood display their style statements, IIFA 2017 was one heck of a show.
No sarees, no short length dresses.
This year, IIFA was all about Ball Gowns, glitter and sequins. Be it the best or the worst dressed, all were wrapped in shimmery outfits that became the highlight of the night. However, some really put up a great show with what they wore.
Here is our take on who won the fashion game:
This diva has always won hearts with her beautiful outfits. However after the red and golden IIFA Rocks saree debacle the fashion police had serious concerns over her declining sense of fashion. To tackle all the critique and prove that she can turn all heads, Katrina made a major comeback at the 18th IIFA Awards in Ziad Nakad Couture. She definitely made it to the best dressed of the night.
2. Alia Bhatt
Without a doubt, Alia was a vision in Zuhair Murad’s delicately embellished Gown at the IIFA. Her perfectly cinched waist in this multicolored-crystal-detailed-body-flaunting Ball attire was a super hit at the Green carpet. Making it to the best dressed at 18th IIFA, Alia kept her ever enchanting vibe with her through the night.
3. Sonakshi Sinha
We will have to admit, Sonakshi is one of those Bollywood divas who never fails to impress us. Be it her style or daunting nature of taking up challenging roles. The diva once again experimented with her dress and well, we loved it. Despite the fact that a white body suit somehow lowered the intensity of her stunner impact a point or two, yet the overall embellished LaBourjoisie gown and Chopard earrings look overshadowed the flaws.

4. Nargis Fakhri
The queen of seduction payed safe and in fact, played well. Nargis chose a simple Gauri And Nainika gown that fitted and flowed in all the right places. With the perfect maroon hue that complimented her fair skin, she made a major Green carpet statement.
In between all the sexy ladies, Varun Dhawan stood out as the classiest hunk of Bollywood at the 18th IIFA Award function. The young actor was Styled by Kunal Rawal and wore an Emporio Armani tuxedo with a white Gucci shirt that bore embroidered cuffs, a Gucci bow tie, and Yves Saint Laurent shoes. His clean shaved self and all dapper look made it to the best dressed list.

6. Shilpa Shetty
From sarees to Ball Gowns, Shilpa has a record of acing all looks. This time she stunned everyone with her all bling Monisha Jaising gown. Showing off her leg and toned body, Shilpa was given both, good and bad reviews, yet we find her very attractive in this one.
7. Disha Patani
Disha Patani, young and fresh rocked the Falguni & Shane Peacock creation with all that shimmer. She joined the glam team and complimented her dress with the gorgeous body chain that helped her make it to the best dressed of the night’s list.
8. Preity Zinta
Preity has not made an impactful appearance in a while which is why maybe she decided to walk the green carpet in a classic black peplum gown by Gauri And Nainika and coupled them with her diamond danglers to literally make jaws drop. She was definitely best dressed at the IIFA 2017.
9. Mira and Shahid
The cutest lovebirds of all times, Mira and Shahid rocked the green carpet as they complimented each others looks. WHile Mira wore a tangerine Swapnil Shinde gown with a fitted bodice and a delicate belt and a pleated skirt that billowed behind her, Shahid chose to keep it low with a customized ensemble featuring a grey suit with a black shirt from Anju Madan, giving her lady all the spotlight.
10. Kriti Sanon
Well Kriti was criticized, for us however, she was not as bad as many commented her to be. She was a standout because of her pearlescent outfit that although did not make a huge impact but was without a doubt, a head turner.
